Jim Morris earned his real estate license in 1976 starting off selling farms and ranches in Dripping Springs, Texas. He began selling commercial property in Houston in 1979 concentrating on land and industrial properties. During the 1980’s he focused more on retail site acquisitions and dispositions for 7-11 Food stores, Kentucky Fried Chicken, GE Capital and others. During the 1990’s to now, he has concentrated on the sale of retail centers, industrial warehouses, and land. Jim states that he works just as hard on a 1,500 SF lease as he would on a 150,000 SF lease; or the selling or acquisition of a 1,500 SF building as he would on a 150,000 SF building.
