He attended University of Houston and majored in economics and became a licensed real estate professional in 1992 through the Texas Real Estate Commission. He was with Office Buildings of Houston until joining Greater Houston Commercial Properties in 1998, where he has consistently been a top producer. A specialist in industrial and office real estate brokerage, Stuart has focused on selling and leasing distribution, manufacturing and service center facilities; site acquisitions and sales; investment property sales; build-to-suit and design/build projects; and numerous tenant representation office assignments.
